Refund tiers

What you get back

The same terms apply whichever ferry you book. What you get back is decided by how far ahead of departure the request reaches us, so a cancellation made early is worth considerably more than one made on the day.

Cancellation & rescheduling

  • 4 days or more before departure₹300 per person
  • Less than 4 days, at least 48 hours before departure50% of the fare
  • Within 48 hours of departure100% · no refund

Charges above apply to a cancellation or a reschedule, and are the same for every operator. Raise the request from My trips → Ferry bookings; refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

How it works

Cancelling a booking

  1. 01Call or WhatsApp us with your PNRYour PNR is on the confirmation email and on the e-ticket. Send it to us on WhatsApp or call the number in the footer — that is all we need to find the booking.
  2. 02Tell us who is cancelling, and whyYou can cancel some of a party and leave the rest travelling, so tell us which passengers. The reason matters too — we pass it to the operator, and it can affect what they refund.
  3. 03We cancel with the operatorMakruzz cancels through its own system. Nautika and Green Ocean have no customer-facing cancellation API, so our team does it with the operator on your behalf and confirms by email within 24 hours.
  4. 04Refund back to your cardOnce the operator confirms, the refund goes to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show it.

Need it cancelled today?

If departure is close, call us rather than waiting on the form — what you get back is decided by when the request reaches us.

Rescheduling follows the same request flow and carries the same charges as a cancellation. It is subject to the operator having space on the new sailing; where a fare difference applies, we collect or refund it separately.
